Precision Router Lift

Ready to mount in the table of your own design or extension wing of your table saw, this is a simple, easy to build and very smooth acting router lift. Super fine adjustment is possible and the lift has a total vertical range of 3-1/2″.
All of the components are commonly available, with no special parts to make. The majority of this router lift is constructed from 1/2″ (12mm) and 3/4″ (18mm) plywood, using standard hardware.

The crank and locking knob can be any distance from the unit by increasing the rod length.
